Employment enablement, connected

RangamWorks360
Opportunity meets participation.

Tightly integrated with WorkTrack360, RangamWorks360 connects job seekers, members, and participants with employment support—and a record of the steps they take.

RANGAMWORKS360

Move toward employment.

Bring job search and employment enablement into the member journey. Connect with career support, job opportunities, and workforce pathways while recording job-search activities and time spent.

  • Job discovery and employment support
  • Job-search activity and hour tracking
  • Connected career-readiness and training pathways
  • A participation record linked to WorkTrack360
WORKTRACK360

Connect activity with evidence.

Bring the job-search record into the broader participation journey alongside work, learning, and community activities. Organize supporting information for the program’s authorized review process.

  • Activity and time records in the member journey
  • Supporting documentation and missing-item follow-up
  • Case-team visibility and review workflows
  • State-defined rules and approved information handoffs

When work changes, support should continue.

If hours decrease, a job ends, or circumstances shift, the proposed journey reconnects members with employment support, training, education, community service, or another applicable pathway.

Support and re-engagement are implementation-dependent. Employment retention, qualifying hours, and continued benefits are not guaranteed.
From a job-search session to a participation record

A participant records time spent searching and applying for jobs in RangamWorks360. The integrated journey brings that activity and its supporting information into WorkTrack360 for the applicable review workflow.

Recorded time is not automatically qualifying time. Job-search hours may contribute toward participation requirements only where applicable program rules permit.
Start with the person

The right support starts
before activity tracking.

Design the journey around individual circumstances, existing activities, and the help a person needs to prepare their records.

01 / UNDERSTAND CIRCUMSTANCES

Make room for individual needs.

Include a clear route for people who may need an exception, hardship review, or additional assistance. Route relevant information to authorized teams.

02 / RECOGNIZE CURRENT ACTIVITY

Begin with what is already happening.

Working, learning, or volunteering may already be part of someone’s life. Help organize records and identify evidence gaps.

03 / PREPARE FOR REVIEW

Make deadlines easier to prepare for.

Define state-specific guidance, document checklists, reminders, and missing-item follow-up as part of implementation.

04 / SUPPORT ACCESS

Offer a way forward when self-service is difficult.

Plan for language needs, accessible experiences, assisted navigation, and trusted community access points.

WorkTrack360 does not approve exceptions or determine eligibility. Specific functions, service coverage, and state configurations are confirmed during implementation.

Make readiness concrete

What should your
member journey answer?

Use this planning checklist to identify the handoffs your program needs to define. It is a conversation starter, not an eligibility assessment.

  • Keep human review and escalation in the workflow
