What is WorkTrack360?

WorkTrack360 is a member-facing documentation, tracking, and submission system designed specifically to support the Medicaid members completion of the Federal Work Requirement mandate.

The platform supports the full range of documentation members may need to submit while receiving Medicaid benefits, customized to each state’s requirements and processes.

This includes:

  • Documenting and tracking required activities
  • Uploading and managing verification documents
  • Monitoring progress throughout the reporting period
  • Submitting required information within defined timeframes
  • Documenting exemptions when applicable

WorkTrack360 is designed to support members first, while also enabling states and MCOs to receive clearer, more consistent submissions at scale.
